Registrant Pricing and Information
The 2025 Spring Educational Conference will be held April 3-6 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.
Registration Information: Registration fees are applicable to elected/appointed officials, staff and vendor companies who are NOT also serving as exhibitors or presenting sponsors. Registration entitles one to entrance to educational sessions, networking receptions and entertainment. If you wish to exhibit or sponsor the Spring Educational Conference, it is possible that registration of this type may not be required.

It is Seven Springs policy that all registrants and their guests securing lodging at the resort MUST purchase a meal plan that corresponds to their date of check-in and check-out.

*Through partnership with Allegheny County and HRG Engineers, all 2025 Banner Communities are entitled to 1 (one) free Conference Registration. Visit our Banner Community Program page to determine if your municipality or authority is a Banner Community.
