Conference Supporter Options and Prices

The 2024 Spring Educational Conference will be held April 4-7 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

The deadline to purchase supporter options has passed.  Please contact our office with any questions at 412-261-2521 or info@alleghenyleage.org. Deadline is March 13.

Exhibit Space – SOLD OUT as of 2-29-24

6 x 8 foot exhibit booth with pipe and drape.

Exhibiting hours include full day on Friday, April 5 and half day on Saturday, April 6; set up available Thursday, April 4.

Booth location assignments will not be provided until approximately 1 week prior to the event. Exhibitor attendees in excess of 3 individuals will be asked to pay a fee of $50 per person to attend.

Program Book Advertisement

  • Full Page – $600
  • Half Page – $350

All ad copy must be received electronically in either pdf or jpg format no later than March 13. Unfortunately due to tight printing deadlines, no art work can be accepted after this date.

Hospitality Suite

  •  ALOM Member $700
  • Non-Member  $800

Entitles sponsor to listing in program book and 1 piece of signage with logo.  Requests for specific suites cannot be accommodated. Hospitality Suites cannot be reserved online – please call office. 

This price does not include cost of the lodging room or food & beverage for the suite which is payable to Seven Springs.  Hospitality attendees in excess of 3 individuals will be asked to pay a fee of $50 per person to attend.

Closing Reception on  Saturday, April 6

Shared sponsorship of reception following the closing remarks on Saturday, April 6. Entitles sponsor to logo recognition in program book and at reception.
