ALOM Public Partners 
Public Partners is a service to municipalities and authorities will provide high quality, experienced talent in an efficient and affordable manner to ensure business continuity and sustainability during staff transitions and when municipalities seek consulting services on special projects or initiatives. In addition, ALOM will be able to assist municipalities with job searches and recruitment efforts to ensure local governments are matched with a talented pool of candidates for key staff positions.
ALOM will be working closely with a cohort of experienced and well-vetted municipal management professionals who will provide quality administrative services to local governments. These professionals possess experience in the areas of finance, budgeting, grant acquisition and strategic planning as well as other competencies such as public safety, public works, human resources and public information/communications.
