Compensation & Benefits Survey
As part of ALOM’s mission to foster local government and to provide essential resources to our local government stakeholders, every year ALOM distributes a Compensation & Benefits Survey to all of our members. The survey was recently distributed to all ALOM Member Municipalities’ Manager or Secretary.
The data collected will be distributed in ALOM’s annual Compensation & Benefits Report in September. In addition to being a timely and critical personnel resource to compare salaries and benefits packages with other municipalities in Southwestern Pennsylvania, participation in the Compensation & Benefits survey is also a core competency for the ALOM Banner Community Program.
Only those municipalities that complete the survey will receive the completed report. The deadline for completed surveys is August 1, 2022. If you have any questions, or are unsure if your municipality received the survey, please contact Joe at 412-261-2521 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
