ALOM Members Recognized by PSAB

From May 7-9 the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) held its Annual Conference in Hershey. This event serves as an educational opportunity as well as the annual inauguration of PSAB Leadership and statewide recognition of noteworthy individuals and boroughs.

From Allegheny County, William Rossey of Sharpsburg Borough was inaugurated as President and Chairman of the PSAB Board of Directors.  Mr. Rossey had this to say about the honor of being named chairman: “I am thrilled and honored to have this opportunity. As a borough manager, I am confident that I can bring a unique perspective to this position over the next year and I look forward to doing all I can to help boroughs both locally and across the state.”

In addition, a number of individuals received service awards recognizing their dedication to service of their boroughs:
